How to take Students Admission By Uploading Excel Sheet?

This is a very important requirement of Crawlink Users to Take Students admission by Uploading Excel Sheet. Student Admission allows you to manage the admissions of all the students easily along with student’s basic details, family information, previous school details and Bank details. Here we can manage registration and entire admission process of the students for each academic year in a specific Department, Branch, Class, Semester and Section with ease. A complete view of student admission details with Photo and also Search and Filter Students based on Student Name, Branch, Class, ID, etc. Our Student Admissions has made the entire Admissions process un-imaginably easy and fast.

Procedure to take Students Admission By Uploading Excel Sheet:
  1. Login into Crawlink School ERP using your email or phone number.
  2. Click on All Students.
  3. Click on More Option, It is present in the Right Top Corner of the Students List Page.
  4. Click on Student Upload From Excel.
  5. Download the Sample Excel Sheet by clicking on the download sample.
  6. Open the sample Excel sheet and fill all the details of students: Academic Year, Name, Phone, Email, Department, Course, Year, Branch, Semester, Class, Section, Gender, Caste, Registration No, Enrolment No, Roll No, Date Of Birth (DD-MM-YYYY), Father Name, Father Phone, Father Email, Mother Name, Mother Phone, Mother Email, Present Address and Permanent Address, Save the excel sheet in xls or xlsx Formate.
  7. Click On Select Excel File, Select a file.
  8. Press Upload Button.
