How to create Finance accounts in Crawlink ERP?

Finance Accounts module allows you to manage all the information about outside persons or retailers. We can use accounts in payments and receives modules. Crawlink users can easily maintain student billing details, employee expenses, school expenses and completely cover the financial activities by using multiple accounts.

Procedure to Create Finance accounts:
  1. Login into Crawlink School ERP using your email or phone number.
  2. Click on Finance and Then Click accounts.
  3. Click on create finance account, it will open create finance account dialog.
  4. Fill all the details then press the save button.

Procedure to View, Edit and Delete accounts:
  1. Create accounts.
  2. In the right corner of the accounts, click on Verticle Ellipsis it will display More options.
  3. In More option we have:
    1. Edit,
    2. Delete.
  4. Click on the accounts name It will Open View accounts dialog, In this view accounts dialog, We will get all the details of the account.
  5. Click on Edit: It will Open Edit accounts dialog, In this Edit accounts dialog, We can Update or Modify the account details.
  6. Click on Delete: It will Display Delete dialog with info Message If you click delete, the accounts will be deleted Permanently.

Procedure to Search accounts: 

  1. Click on Finance and Then Click accounts.
  2. Search is Present in the left top corner of the Page, It has a drop-down list and it consists of Nameemail id, and external id's. Select any one of them and then Search. 
  3. Click on the search icon or press the enter button.

Procedure to Filter accounts:
  1. Click on Academic and Then Click accounts.
  2. Filter Button is Present in the left top corner next to Search.
  3. Click on Filteraccounts Filter dialog will open.
  4. The Filter Performs two operations:
    1. AND Operation.
    2. OR Operation.
  5. Select any one of them, In the right corner Add Rule [+], is Present, Click on Add Rule, It will display a drop-down list of category and date, select them.
  6. Then press apply.
