How to get Student Details in Crawlink ERP?


This is a very important requirement of Crawlink Users to get Student Details in Crawlink ERP.  Here we get information about Student’s basic details, family information, previous school details, Attendance, Bank details, Fee details, Health, Logs and Documentation.  A complete view of the student and here we can send Message and SMS to a particular student. We preserve a range of information in Crawlink ERP application about Students and their scholastic information.

Procedure to get Student Details:
  1. Login into Crawlink School ERP using your email or phone number.
  2. Click on Student Details. 
  3. It will display the list of All Students in the left side of the page with Search and Filter.
  4. Click on a Student Name.
  5. It will display all the details of a particular student. It holds details of Student Basic Details, Personal Details Father's and Mother's Details, Guardian's Details, Bank Details, Previous Organization Details, Sibling Details, Documentation, Attendance, Fee details and Health Logs.
  6. In the Student Details page we have More buttons like:
    1. Send Message: It will Open Compose Message dialog, Enter the Message title and Message body and Send. This message is sent only to that particular student.
    2. Send SMS: It will Open Compose new SMS dialog, it will take phone no. automatically, Enter the body of SMS and Send. The SMS is sent only to that particular student.
    3. Full details: It will display student Full details page and it holds details of Student Basic details, Personal details, Father and Mother details. And also it has Print Button, we can take the print of the student details. 
    4. Edit student: It will Open Edit Student Page, In this Edit Student Page, We can Update, Modify and Change the Student details.
    5. More Menu: It holds two options,
      1.  Delete Student: We can delete that student.
      2.  Active and inactive: We can make that Student active and inactive.
    6. Next and Previous: By using the Next and Previous button we can get Next and Previous Student Details.

Procedure to Add Document for Students in Student details:
  1. Click on Student Details.
  2. Click on one Student Name.
  3. Click on Documentation. It will Display Student Document Page.
  4. Click on Add Document Button it is present in the Right corner of the page.
  5. This will display Create Document dialog, Enter Name, Description and Attach the file. 
  6. Press Save Button.

Procedure to Check attendance of Students in Student details:
  1. Click on Student Details.
  2. Click on one Student Name.
  3. Click on Attendance. It will Display Student Attendance details page.
  4. Click on Student Name. It will display Student attendance details with attendance sheet details.

Procedure to Check Fee details of Students in Student details:
  1. Click on Student Details.
  2. Click on one Student Name.
  3. Click on Fee details. It will Display Fee structure page with fee details.
  4. Here we will get Paid fees and Fee payable items, and we have more buttons like 
    1. Add fees: It is present in the right corner. Here we can add fees for a particular student.
      1.  Click on [+]
      2. Add Fee dialogue will be displayed. 
      3. Select Fee Structure and Fee.
      4. Press Save Button.
    2. Edit discount: It is present in the right corner. Here we can edit a discount for a particular student.
      1. Click on Edit.
      2. Edit dialogue will open.
      3. Enter Due date, Payable amount, Discount amount and Discount Percentage.
      4. Press Save Button.
    3. Delete fees: It is present in the right corner. Here we can Delete fees for a particular student.

Procedure to Add Medical History for Students in Student details:
  1. Click on Student Details.
  2. Click on one Student Name.
  3. Click on Health. It will Display Medical History Page.
  4. Click on Add Medical history it is present in the Right corner of the page.
  5. This will display Add Medical history dialog, Enter Date, Enter body and Attach the file. 
  6. Press Save Button.
  7. Also, we can Edit  Medical history.

Procedure to Logs for Students in Student details:
  1. Click on Student Details.
  2. Click on one Student Name.
  3. Click on Logs. It will Display the Student Logs page.
  4. Write Student Remark and select category. 
  5. Press Save Button.
  6. Also, we can edit and delete Student Logs.
