Student Leave management is the most important process for any organization. Leave Management system in a school encompasses the process wherein Students request a leave and the administration (principal or Staff) Approve or Reject Student leaves based on organization policies. Using the Student leave module by Crawlink you can automate the Student leave requests, eliminating paperwork. This requirement is a really good requirement for Crawlink Users.
Procedure to get Student Leaves List:
- Login into Crawlink School ERP using your email or phone number.
- Click on Student Leaves.
- It will display the student leave list page.
- In the right corner of a Student leave, More option is present then Click on Verticle Ellipsis. More option will display View and Delete.
- Click on View or Click on the title name. It will Open View Leave of student dialogue. Here we have two buttons Approve and Reject, Hither we can Approve or Reject student leave.
- If you want to Delete the Student Leave, Click on Delete.

- Click on Student Leave.
- Search is Present in the left top corner of the Page.
- Search by Title name.
- Write Search text then Press enter or search icon button.

- Click on Student Leave.
- Filter Button is Present in the left top corner next to Search.
- Click on Filter, Leave Filter dialogue will open.
- The Filter Performs two operations:
- AND Operation.
- OR Operation.
- Select any one of them, In the right corner Add Rule[+] is Present, Click on Add Rule, It will display a drop-down list of Assign to, Branch, Class, Course, Date, Department, Section, Semester, Status and Year, Select them. In my case Based on Class and Course am Filtering Leave.
- Then Press Apply.
