How to take Students Admission in Crawlink School ERP?



This is a very important requirement of Crawlink Users to Take Students admission. Student Admission allows you to manage the admissions of all the students easily along with student’s basic details, family information, previous school details and Bank details. Here we can manage registration and entire admission process of the students for each academic year in a specific Department, Branch, Class, Semester and Section with ease. A complete view of student admission details with Photo and also Search and Filter Students based on Student Name, Branch, Class, ID, etc. Our Student Admissions has made the entire Admissions process un-imaginably easy and fast.

Procedure to take Students Admission:
  1. Login into Crawlink School ERP using your email or phone number.
  2. Click on Student Admission.
  3. Fill all the details:
    1. Basic details:  In Basic details, we can enter Student details like First, Middle and Last name, Upload photo, DOB, Age, Gender, Department, Course, Branch, Year, Semester, Class Section, Category, Academic year, Roll no., Enrollment no., Registration no., RF Card Id, Phone no., Email, Form no., Form Date, Admission date, Date of registration, Scholarship type, Free Education, Scholarship %, Home Less, Board. Poverty line, Hostel, Transport, Referred By, Year of pass out, Type of Admission, Quota type, Mentor and Subject Preferences.
    2. Personal details: In Personal details, we can enter Student Personal details like Nationality, Religion, Caste, Marital status, Spouse name, No. of children, Blood group, Mother tongue, Aadhar no., PAN no., Passport no., Alternative no., Alternative email, Person to contact in an emergency, Relationship with the student, Emergency contact no., type of disability(if any), House no. / Door no., Area, Locality, Landmark, PIN code/ZIP code, City, State, Country, and permanent address.
    3. Father and Mother details:  In Father and Mother details, we can enter details like First, Middle and Last name, Upload photo, DOB, Age, Phone no., Email, Aadhar no., PAN no., Passport no., Qualification, Occupation, Organization, Annual income, Current and Permanent address.
    4. Guardian details:  In Guardian details, we can enter Student Guardian details like Guardian Name, Upload photo, Relation with the student, Phone no., Email, Gender, Type of ID proof and no., Age, Occupation and Permanent address. Also, we can add more Guardians. 
    5. Bank details: In Bank details, we can enter details like Account holder name, Account number, Bank name, Branch name and IFSC code.
    6. Previous organization details: Previous organization details includes Organization name, phone no. and email, Class, Year, Medium of instruction, Marks obtained, Percentage, Grade, TC no, Board, Status and Organization address.
    7. Sibling details:  In Sibling details, we can enter details like Sibling Name, Class/Designation, Age, Gender and Organization name. Also, we can add more Siblings.
  4. After filling all the details, then press the Save button.
